As AI inevitably reshapes every industry, we see a clear opportunity to enable the modern insurance brokerage, working alongside our customers to make that future real. We started by relieving sales and servicing teams of some of the most manual, error-prone data-entry work they own — proposals and policy checking.

To make this vision a reality, we raised our seed round in late 2023, led by South Park Commons and Foundation Capital in late 2023, and with participation from top brokerages like M3, Holmes Murphy, and others via our partnership with BrokerTech Ventures. Since then, we’ve partnered closely with leading brokerages to refine and scale the product.
10 of the top 50 brokers already rely on Fulcrum. One firm cleared a month-long backlog in a week; another called it “a full-time team member who never sleeps.”Policy checking and proposals are just the beginning. Many more manual workflows remain—and Fulcrum is building to transform them all.
